In this role, you will be a key player primarily focusing on our B2B segment (e.g., bidding, PPC, Verified by Customers, product matching), with opportunities to extend your impact into B2C products.

Your Mission (What You Will Do) 🔦
- End-to-End Design: Cover the entire product design lifecycle—from initial discovery, identifying core user problems, and mapping journeys to delivering polished, intuitive solutions.
- AI as Your Partner: Artificial Intelligence plays a crucial role here. You will actively experiment with AI tools to supercharge your daily workflow, synthesize user research, accelerate prototyping, and discover smarter ways to solve problems.
- Close Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Product Managers, researchers, and engineers within your dedicated product team to bridge user needs smoothly with business objectives.
- Quality & Design System: Deliver high-quality outputs in Figma based on continuous user testing, while actively contributing to and expanding our shared Design System.
- Strategy & Leadership (for Senior / Principal levels): Define long-term design visions, establish team-wide design standards, mentor peer designers, and influence the broader product roadmap across the company.
Your Profile (What We Look For) 👀
Experience: You have a minimum of 2+ years of professional, hands-on experience in digital product design.
- Product Mindset: You view design as a powerful mechanism to drive measurable business outcomes and solve real problems, not just to create visually pleasing outputs.
- Rapid Validation: You prefer testing hypotheses early through fast prototyping and real user feedback over endless abstract debates.
- AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely curious and proactive about embedding AI utilities into your daily workflow to work smarter.
- Craft & Data: You possess excellent Figma skills and can confidently navigate data and product metrics to guide your decisions.
- Communication: You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English (min. B2 level)—we are an international team.
- E-commerce or B2B (Plus): Background in e-commerce ecosystems or highly transactional B2B platforms is a huge advantage.
